Common Questions
What counts as an active seat?
Any staff member marked active on your roster — lifeguards, swim instructors, head guards, supervisors. Seat counts are taken from your roster at invoice time, so mid-month headcount changes simply show up on your next invoice rather than generating prorated charges.
What happens to seasonal staff in the off-season?
Mark them inactive. They keep their place on your roster — certifications, training history, and every log they ever submitted stay intact — and they bill at a reduced rate until you reactivate them for the season. No re-onboarding, no lost records.
What happens when my trial ends?
The 45-day trial includes every feature with no card on file. If you haven't added a payment method when it ends, your account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and your data is right where you left it whenever you subscribe. Add a payment method at any point to pick up where you left off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you can export your records first — your chemical logs and incident reports are your compliance documents, and they leave with you.
Do admin users or extra pools cost more?
No. Pricing is based on your staff roster only. Branches, pools, chemical controllers, custom forms, and director/admin dashboards are all included regardless of how many you have.
